ALSPAUGH, William - Putnam

William Alspaugh, age 57, a former Greencastle resident is dead at his home in Tulsa, OK according to a telegram received here today.  An illness of appendicitis caused his death.  Beside his widow he leaves two sons and one daughter, all of Tulsa.  Mr. Alspaugh formerly resided here. He went to Oklahoma in 1909 and during the recent years has been in the employ of the American Express Co. Two sisters, Mrs. DB (Nannie) Miller of Terre Haute and Mrs. George (Ella) Miller of Rockville, each former Greencastle residents also survive. - kz
